Advantus served as the commissioning agent for the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh’s office fit-out on the eighth and ninth floors of 412 Boulevard of the Allies in Downtown Pittsburgh. The approximately 28,600-square-foot tenant improvement project achieved LEED v4 Commercial Interiors certification at the Certified level.

Advantus provided both Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services for the project, working with the project team through design and construction to review building systems, coordinate commissioning requirements, and verify system performance in accordance with the project requirements.
