Advantus served as the commissioning agent for this 110,000-square-foot LEED Silver Core and Shell office building in Pittsburgh’s Strip District and was subsequently retained to commission the tenant fit-out for the majority of the building.

Advantus provided Fundamental Commissioning for the Core and Shell project and applied the same thorough commissioning process to the tenant fit-out. This allowed for comprehensive functional testing and verification of building systems across both phases of the project. The commissioning process also helped support reliable system performance and occupant comfort as the building transitioned into full use.
