Advantus served as the commissioning agent for this 110,000-square-foot LEED Silver Core and Shell office building in Pittsburgh’s Strip District and was subsequently retained to commission the tenant fit-out for the majority of the building.

The owner recognized the importance of creating a high-performing building for both the community and its occupants. Advantus provided Fundamental Commissioning for the Core and Shell project and applied the same thorough commissioning process to the tenant fit-out. This allowed for comprehensive functional testing and verification of building systems across both phases of the project.
