Advantus was the enhanced commissioning agent for this 9-story, 330,000 square foot office building completed in 2020. Bakery Office Three’s sustainable features include a rooftop terrace, an outdoor courtyard, and offices with plenty of natural light. The building achieved LEED Gold Certification.
