Advantus provided MEP design and construction administration services for the Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh’s Gold 1 Garage. This six-story parking facility has 1,000 spaces, two-way level floor plates, 90-degree parking stalls, and cascading ramps.

The project was the first in the world to achieve Parksmart Gold. Sustainability features include stormwater management, energy-efficient equipment, electric vehicle charging stations, and parking for 100 bicycles.
