Advantus served as the Enhanced Commissioning Agent for Bakery Office 3, a nine-story, approximately 330,000-square-foot office building completed in 2020. Advantus’ scope included enhanced commissioning activities focused on reviewing building systems and performance during design and construction, as well as oversight of owner training, to help verify that systems were installed and operating in accordance with project requirements.

The building incorporates a range of sustainability features, including a rooftop terrace, outdoor courtyard, and extensive access to natural light. Bakery Office 3 achieved LEED Gold certification.
