The David L. Lawrence Convention Center has a long history of LEED certification for building operations, achieving LEED v2009 Operations + Maintenance certification in 2012 and recertification in 2017. Advantus supported the DLCC’s Gold recertification under LEED v4.1 Operations + Maintenance in 2023 and again in 2026.

Advantus’ work has included LEED administration and documentation, utility and waste data analysis, transportation and occupant satisfaction surveys, indoor air quality evaluation, and performance tracking through USGBC’s Arc platform. The 2023 recertification effort also included an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit and retro-commissioning.

Advantus continued this work through the 2026 Gold recertification, evaluating updated performance data, preparing LEED documentation, and supporting the facility through the certification review process. Advantus also supports the development of the DLCC’s ongoing sustainability reporting.
