Advantus provided MEP design and construction administration services for the Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh’s Gold 1 Garage, a six-story parking facility with approximately 1,000 spaces. The project incorporated a range of sustainability strategies, including stormwater management, energy-efficient systems, electric vehicle charging, and bicycle parking.

The Gold 1 Garage became the first parking facility in the world to achieve Parksmart Gold certification, recognizing the project’s approach to sustainable parking design and operations.
