Advantus served as the commissioning agent for The Hive at 3 Crossings, a multi-modal parking facility in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. Completed in 2022, the garage includes 600 parking spaces and approximately 12,150 square feet of retail space and achieved Parksmart certification.
