Advantus assisted Oxford Development in the pursuit and renewal of the WELL Health-Safety Rating at seven office buildings. The work focused on operational policies, maintenance practices, emergency preparedness, and other measures related to occupant health and safety.

Advantus reviewed existing procedures, identified opportunities for improvement, and documented initiatives associated with the rating, including cleaning protocols, emergency preparedness, and employee health-related policies.

At five of the buildings, Advantus also worked with Oxford’s facilities staff to evaluate mechanical ventilation systems. This effort included site observations and review of mechanical drawings, equipment and controls submittals, operations and maintenance information, testing and balancing reports, and commissioning documentation. Advantus also coordinated with the testing and balancing team to confirm outdoor air rates and document operational modifications intended to improve ventilation performance.
