Advantus Engineers has supported annual facility condition assessments of Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, and PPG Paints Arena for the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. The assessments document existing facility conditions, identify deferred maintenance and system replacement needs, and help prioritize recommended improvements.

As part of the assessment team, Advantus provides inspection services for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and contributes to the development of findings, recommendations, and associated reporting.Advantus has been part of this work since 2019 and also supported the assessments from 2011 through 2016.
